Weekly Coaching Sessions
Transition Coaching offers up to ten organised (coach led) sessions per week. These are mostly designed for kids who wish to participate in competitive multisport events such as duathlon and triathlon, but we also cater for kids who also want to be competitive in a single endurance sport, whether it be swimming, cycling or running.
Running Group Yrs 7 - 13
MONDAY
Monday 4.15 pm Wither Hills Farm ParkSpecifically for kids who want to be competitive runners or improve their running for multisports events. Session is 45 minutes and can include running drills, time trials, hill reps and stretching.

Tueday 7.00am - 8.00am Morning squad session for Yr 7 - 13 (continues during school holidays)
MTB Group
TUESDAY
Tuesday 4.15pm Rifle Range Car Park Suitable for Yr 7 - 13 withmountain bikes bikes.

Wednesday 6.30am - 7.30am Suitable Year 11 up and Adults

Wednesday 5.15pm Rifle Range Car Carpark. Challenging hill run of 10-12km. Suitable Yr 11 Up.

Thursday 4.15pm Wither Hills Winery Car Park Suitable for Yr 7 - 13 with road bikes. Bunch riding skills, hill climbing skills and intervals. Year round.

8.00am Athletic Park. This is a challenging session is designed to help understanding of pace, technique and intervals.
